Coronavirus (COVID-10) update :

The management of Northern Case Management Limited want to reassure our referrers and clients that we are closely monitoring the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation and following all up to date guidance from the Department of Health and Public Health England.

 

As an established health care provider we have a robust business continuity plan in place and we have adopted a number of flexible working policies to ensure continuity of our services for all our clients. Ensuring that all services are delivered safely and as additional guidance and advice is provided we will change processes accordingly. All of our clients support plans have been updated and practical advice has been given to clients and support workers on how to keep themselves safe in these worrying times.

 

We are fully operational but our office is closed to external visitors unless pre-arranged. All Case managers are available on their mobiles and via email and our main office numbers are available between the hours of 9-12 noon. Our out of hours advice line continues to operate as normal. IF you do have any concerns regarding clients or service deliver etc contact the case manager in the first instance or alternatively email reception@northerncasemanagement.com and your query will be forwarded to the appropriate member of our team to respond.
