Established in 1997, NCM is a team of Health Care Professionals that provides specialist case management services throughout the North of England, with offices in Leeds and North Manchester. Client as Employer (via a Deputy)
The case manager will carry out a detailed initial needs assessment and produce a case management plan and support plan with the client. These will be updated with the client when necessary but at least annually.
NCM will then assist the client to recruit their own support team through:
- Producing job description and person specification.
- Creating and placing recruitment adverts.
- Short listing, arranging and attending interviews, job offers and employment contracts.
- To help protect the client, we will also carry out all pre-employment checks in line with the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) essential standards of quality and safety.
- As the client is the employer, we will also arrange employer protection insurance and employer’s liability insurance.
NCM will also setup payroll to enable the client to pay the support workers directly, supervise and support the client’s employees and arrange for comprehensive training and qualifications to be obtained by them to ensure they meet the client’s needs and ensure comprehensive policies and procedures are in place.
NCM will deal with and disciplinary and grievance matters on your behalf by utilising the employment advice provided by your insurers.
