All referrals are be processed by our office & designated referrals managers. Our office manager processes all of our initial inquiries and liaises directly with our referrals manager to arrange initial visits. Our clinical referrals manager will then identify appropriate clinical case managers to take the referral forward and provide ongoing intervention.


  • It is the aim of the company to process new referrals received by NCM in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Initial enquires will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We aim to offer an appointment to carry out the initial assessment within 2-4 weeks of receiving written instructions to proceed, with the report being submitted within 2-4 weeks of the assessment date.
  • We take referrals from any source and will send our terms and conditions on receipt of referral.
