NCM have been established since 1997, founded to support people with acquired neurological damage (i.e. brain & spinal cord injury). In 1997 this level of support was almost unheard of but has since become an integral and incredibly important element of supporting people with acquired neurological damage.

Our development has been exciting, at times challenging, but overall incredibly satisfying. As one of the few leading Case Management companies in the UK, it has been fulfilling to see our referrals increase, our level of service increase and most of all, it has been a pleasure to see our clients develop with us and benefit from the growth NCM have gone through.
We endeavour to provide a non-discriminatory service to people with acquired neurological damage i.e. brain and spinal cord injury for all ages from children to older people in a domiciliary setting. Carol Collins attends inaugural meeting of British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM)

Carol Collins established as an independent Case Manager and Occupational Therapist

Moved to Bury Road practice employing case manager and administration staff

Carol was co-author of the acquired brain injury chapter in ‘Occupational Therapy and Physical Dysfunction’ publication which is frequently used in the training of occupational therapists.
